The Yoga Detox Method

Probably the most thorough and profound study of detoxifying the body was documented by the sage Patanjali some three thousand years ago. Layed out in 194 Sutras or Aphorisms, Patanjali reveals the steps a student must take to cleanse mind, body and spirit.
